Order confirmation
Submitting an order on the website does not by itself confirm dispatch. An order becomes confirmed after Hello Green verifies the items, delivery details, and availability by phone. No advance payment is required.
Price and availability
Product availability and pricing are confirmed before dispatch. Hello Green may decline or correct an order affected by an obvious catalog, stock, or pricing error.
